Firehouse Kitchen Specialties is exactly what the name says! If you have never eaten any cookin' from a "real" firehouse kitchen, then you have been missing out. Heroes White Sauce was created in a real firehouse kitchen. Two firefighters, Casey Glover and Shane Dawson, have partnered up to make Firehouse Kitchen Specialties a household name. Our white sauce is "Made in the Shoals" and is the perfect sauce for any BBQ event. Try it on hickory smoked grilled chicken and BBQ pork as a dipping sauce or baste. Actually, it is good on just about anything!
