Katie's Slaw is just one of the products being manufactured and distributed from The Shoals Commercial Culinary Center in Florence Alabama. Florence is home to one of only fifteen incubator kitchens in the nation.  Each of these kitchens is designed to help their producers get the product from the kitchen to the market.

Katie's Slaw (relish) is a spicy, low fat, low cholesterol sandwich condiment made with cabbage, carrots, onions, peppers and blended with a variety of choice gourmet seasonings to create a spicy enhancement to your favorite foods. Choose from regular or with jalapeno peppers.

Katie's Slaw can be used as a condiment on any meat based sandwich; as a side dish for fish, chicken, beef and pork; or as a dip with a variety of chips or pretzels.
