Empire Electronics is a full-service wire harness supplier employing a variety of wire processing technologies used in the manufacture of their wire harnesses. IHSN, Inc. designs and manufactures equipment for production of ThermaSave building panels. IHSN also sells the technology for its panels. Thermasave is a panelized building system. The system is made of foam panels pressed between two outer skins. The panels are 4 to 12 inch thick cores of expanded polystyrene sandwiched between two half-inch sheets of various skins including fiber cement board. On a construction site, the 120 pound 4 x 8 panels interlock like Legos. A Thermasave house can be framed in a third of the time needed to put up a traditional "stick-built" house without the need of trained craftsmen.
