The Incubator advanTAGE (what we offer)
Small businesses need a professional atmosphere, business advice and office equipment they often cannot afford.  Incubator tenants have the advantage of all this and more.  Equally important is the assistance tenants receive from the staff, the Board of Directors, and community advisors.

The following benefits and services are available if your business becomes an Incubator tenant:

• A receptionist is on duty during office hours to greet visitors, and receive/distribute mail and clerical assistance
• Controlled overhead environment
• Tenant collaboration and communication with each other and the staff is encouraged to overcome many common obstacles in the beginning stages of business operation.
• Introduction to business professionals
• Shared experience with other start-up entrepreneurs
• On-site workshops in management, marketing, business development are scheduled to allow tenants to develop their business and provide the expertise required to succeed.
• Broadband Internet access is provided at an additional, but nominal, charge to tenants.
• Two conference rooms are available for use; one conference room offers video conferencing, projection screen, and wireless microphone.
• Copy and Fax Machine
• Postage and Shipping Assistance
• Partially Furnished Offices
• Janitorial Services for Common Areas
